Tuition Fee Refunds:
To be eligible for a full refund of the tuition fee, applicants must submit their request at least 28 days (4 weeks) before the Course commencement date.

Registration Fee:
No refunds will be granted for any tuition fee refund applications submitted less than 14 days before the Course commencement date.

Administrative Charge:
Each request for a tuition fee refund incurs an administrative charge, the details of which will be outlined in your Invoice or payment page.

Method of Payment:
Refunds will only be made using the original method of payment and to the person who made the original payment.

Disbursements to 3rd Parties:
Any fees payable by the School / School’s Regional Office on behalf of the student or in connection with the student’s application to a third-party (for example, courier fees, registration fees payable to the accrediting bodies, progression fees etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once payment is received and the immediate access to the European School of Business Leadership’s Online study portal is available to the student, refunds are not available. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The immediate accessibility of the European School of Business Leadership’s study portal is only available to the student when payment has been made in full and funds cleared and in any variance of this term shall be upon such terms as European School of Business Leadership dictates.
